Refunds
We remain dedicated to supporting your health and well-being with Health Journey's GLP-1 Booster. After your purchase, you are entitled to a 60-day evaluation period to experience any potential benefits. We are confident you will join the many customers who have appreciated its supportive effects for a balanced lifestyle.
Eligibility for Refund
Before requesting a refund, please allow enough time for the product to demonstrate its intended effects. We recommend using Health Journey's GLP-1 Booster for at least 3 months to better assess its benefits. However, if you are unsatisfied within the first 60 days from the invoice date, you are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Partially used products may be eligible for a partial refund. If your order included multiple items, unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Confirm that you are within the 60-day period from the invoice date. You can verify the delivery date using the tracking information provided.
Step 2: Send an email to our customer support at care@shophealthjourney.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Feel free to share any concerns about the product; your feedback helps us continually improve. Be sure to provide the following information:
- Product(s) Ordered
- Reason for Refund Request
Step 3: Return all used or unused bottles of Health Journey's GLP-1 Booster to the following address: Health Journey, P.O. Box 90129, Lakeland, FL 33804. Include a note with your full name, email address, and order ID to ensure your refund is processed promptly. Please note that Health Journey is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
International Orders & Customs
Health Journey is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or require special documentation to clear customs. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charges or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will not be refunded.
Orders that are abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason -- including, but not limited to, lack of import permits, prescriptions, or because the item is banned by your country -- WILL NOT be refunded.
Important Information
These terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of Health Journey. Customer service will not investigate any order disputes beyond the 30-day grace period from the date of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact us immediately.
